1. Order Processing Timeline
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST typically enter the dispatch queue the same day.
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated email/WhatsApp confirmation immediately upon order placement.
- Dispatch: A second notification will be sent once your order has been handed over to our courier partners.
2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of the order. These are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Estimates (Pan-India)
While actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and external factors, our standard estimates are as follows:
- Gujarat (Intra-state): 2 to 3 Business Days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 Business Days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 Business Days.
4. Real-Time Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a unique Tracking Number. You can monitor your shipment via our partner logistics portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to synchronize with the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Address Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 91573 20051 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" status, we are unable to reroute the shipment.
6. Damaged or Non-Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives with visible external damage:
- Visible Damage: Do not accept the delivery if the outer box is crushed or open. Please take a photograph and notify us immediately.
- Incorrect Status: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, notify us within 24 hours so we can initiate a formal investigation with the courier partner.
